Here's

Selection
Process
ATP have been
tasked to run the selection progress which will include a
simulator check on the A320, ATPL based quiz, and a CRM assessment.
Once successfully
selected you will attend an induction course at the Airline
headquarters, to start the security screening process.
Training
Ground school
will then take place in our state of the art facilities in
Amsterdam.
Training
will include:
-
computer
based training (CBT)
-
lectures
by Airbus ground school instructors
-
8 hours
of FMGS training
-
12 hours
of FBS training in the actual A320 simulator
-
40 hours of A320
Full Flight Simulator training
Accommodation
is available in
Amsterdam, in our own property
to reduce your financial outlay.

AND
...
Airline
TRI/TRE's will conduct
the actual simulator training
in the best level D simulators in Europe.
|
Final
Test
Your last simulator
detail is the licence skill test.
The Airline
will also carry out the airborne base training using one of
their many airbus aircraft.
Your airbus
A320 rating will then be issued by your CAA.
Safety
Procedures
To harmonise
you with the airline procedures you will need to attend the
safety and emergency course.
Ditching drills,
CRM and fire smoke and evacuation practices are also covered.
Line
Flying!
Line flying,
under supervision, will then be conducted, with Airline trainers
for up to 150 hours of flying.
150
Hours of Line Flying under Supervision
has been agreed and you will be allocated
your operating base in advance
so you can source accommodation.
